Mails Doc

Mails Doc is a web application for businesses that need custom email addresses on their own domain. The purpose of Mails Doc is to let workspace owners create addresses such as sales@yourcompany.com or support@yourcompany.com, give each address its own mailbox, receive inbound email through Cloudflare Email Routing, and send outbound email through a connected Gmail account.

Who Mails Doc is for

Mails Doc is for small businesses and teams that want branded email addresses and a simple web mailbox without operating their own mail server.

When you connect Gmail, Mails Doc uses Google account permission only to send email and to manage Gmail “Send mail as” settings for your custom addresses.
